4 seasons in the prem and we've not made 1 excellent signing

Signed plenty who are "just about" good enough but we've not managed to sign a striker who's scored more than 5 goals or any other player who's looked capable of playing for a team better than one in a relegation scrap. Tim Klose may prove to be the exception to that.
