In what way is that true?

Newtonian mechanics is an excellent method of prediction and approximation assuming that the limits of the equations have not been reached. But is not true.

Similarly with the incompatiblility between quantum mechanics and relativity. Neither work beyond given limits. Therefore neither are true.

The difference to my mind is that these things are taught at a level where intelligent debate can be had and a distinction between theory and fact can be shown and discussed.

I personally perceive evolution similar. It is the best description so far. But it is not fact.
