The laws aren't designed to screw the poor they just don't

Have the resources to pay to find loopholes to avoid them or indeed the spare money to invest into these sort of arrangements anyway.

If we are honest all of us (or certainly most of us) do whatever we can to minimise tax liabilities or maximise investments.

Cameron did nothing wrong but he has shot himself in the foot by being evasive about it in the way he has been.
