Encountering a city player in everyday life thread from down the board,

I've got a couple.

Used to live in Thorpe Marriott where a few NCFC players lived at the time. I lived next door to Sutch so used to see him all the time. Also used to do a paper round and delivered papers to a few players. The best one though was Andy Marshall. He gave me some extra work and got me to wash his car every week. Was a nice fella, good tips at Christmas.

Last one and slightly odd was I had a beer with Danny Mills and his agent at The Otter. His agent owned Sportlink in Drayton and used to supply me with boots, back in the day. Somehow through an odd series of events I ended up in the pub with them. Danny Mills was alright though, friendly enough and not at all like he comes across now. This was around 2001 though.
