It's ok only if.........

people are paying to go to the ground of the away team if no more tickets are available, thus protecting the 3pm kick off status. It is still illegal to watch between 3-5pm on a Saturday anywhere apart from at an FA member club, and you may only watch that teams game. I asked 4 years ago!
