Met quite a few in the Nelson bar in Plough Lane after we played the Wombles

Norwich v Wimbledon was on a Friday night just before Christmas so that Wimbledon fans could go Christmas shopping on the Saturday, otherwise neither of them turned up!

Chatted to Gunn, Crook, Townsend, Butterworth etc. Think Fleck's first game for City was there. I couldn't understand a word he said, so Gunn translated! Dale Gordon was always aloof and never chatted.

Must have done this for four or five years in a row.
