Dropping John Ruddy, he's come back better than ever, I think he needed a wake up call and to get out of the firing line (Pardon the pun) for a bit. Also with the fracas outside the night club, he needed to be shown he isn't guaranteed a starting place, and still needs to work at it.

Great management.
