The problem is that most are uneducated or have few qualifications

I'm not saying they are not under payed but we also have to reward the most educated/skilled in our society unless we go to the communist system of rewarding all equally.

And FWIW my mother was a carer...

It's easy to blub...
Much harder to actually change your situation....

I left school with no qualifications...did many really shirty jobs....went back into education in my mid 20s and completed numerous advanced degrees.
Taught classes in University's as well as worked for the US gov on various project.......

Yes I f**king earned that big telly.
