its not wages, it's staffing levels

I refuse to believe that someone doesn't give a damn or is rubbish just because they are on min wage. It's the fact they run at bare minimum staffing levels so there just isn't the time to care.

You could double the wages and get 'better' quality (for sake of argument, but I don't agree that it works like that) but it wont make a difference unless that person is given more time to care.

They need to employ more people in these operations.
