trouble is dubs you 'pay peanuts' you cannot expect to get the right people

Irrespective of it being right. My wife tried it after leaving the ambulance service and lasted one evening as she could not give the people the time they deserved. It was different insofar as she was one who drove around helping the elderly and infirm but after driving from one to the next there was no time for the care.
