"lol That last paragraph especially!" isn't an opinion?

What was so lol about this paragraph?

"Alex Neil said something similar in the last press conference. He turned a negative (we've not won for 9 games) into a positive (it won't continue that way for the next 9)"

Seems like some people can't handle a bit of optimism and faith in a very good prospect of a manager who's still only 34! and is learning loads from his short managerial career already. He has a bright future in this game, sacking him would have been incredibly short sighted.
