Why "f**k off Jim" - not like I wanted us to lose

We won and it was a great result. The spirit is there and players are coming into form at the right time and I think that should see us ok but I still stand by the comment that the lack of substitutions/changes in response to theirs let them back into the game second half in the way that has happened on too many occasions this season. It remains a weakness of Neil's.

Doesn't mean I was not absolutely delighted we got a winner this time and in the same way that his failure to make changes soon enough when momentum is starting to shift is s weakness, the spirit and commitment he is getting from the team is one of his strengths. They are clearly playing for him and each other.
