Why does Jordan bowl brilliantly at the death bowling near constant yorkers yet

in his initial spell bowls all over he shop without a yorker in sight. I know you can;t just bowl yorkers all the time and he's bowling better than earlier in the tournament but with it having been proven that is what he's best at i'm a bit surprised he does not bowl more in his initial spell. He seems the sort of bowler who can execute a clear plan ok but left to his own devices goes a bit all over the shop.

Looks a decent pitch. Anything less than 180 and we should be confident.
