I certainly don't think he's a paedophile

A paedophile has a sexual interest in pre-pubescent children.

Johnson's victim was 15, which is below the age of consent in the UK (as he knew) but is the legal age of consent in half of Europe. The fact that what Johnson did would not have been a crime in so many countries shows very clearly that he is not a "paedophile" (unless you believe that paedophilia has been legalised across Europe).

And fingers and a snog are exactly what he's been held to have done in terms of physical acts: kissed her, hand briefly down her jeans to be precise. The blow job allegation was rejected by the jury and he was found not guilty on that.
