Thin end of the wedge for me

If the problem is big clubs hoovering every decent young player that moves, then not playing 95% of them, surely the solution is to limit the hoovering in the first place. This is treating the symptom not the cause.

Further proof that everything is being run to benefit the top 6/7 clubs to the detriment of every other aspect of the game.
