Couldn't agree more,

Redmond is a nice luxury to have but at the moment, Jarvis' direct play and experience is really useful. In saying that though, Redmond can pull an absolute gem out of the box at anytime, it's just a shame he tends to drift in and out of games recently. Good competition for places though when both fit.
