What is a slap up meal?

It is supposed to be posh, but to me a slap up meal is something you do quickly, like fish fingers and chips.

Also I come across random fans before. I go to watch Newport Isle of Wight play when I can and last year Portchester brought over 1 fan in full Portchester flag and replica kit!
