Basically he said he picks the players who he trusts and who are loyal to him, as opposed to picking players solely based on form. Rooney and Wiltshire will be going to the euros if they're not injured as they've alway out in a shift for him, he said. Which is a little frustrating given that they've barely played recently and Rooney's form this season has been mediocre at best.

I understand that he wants to mould a team and you need to pick certain players regularly to do that but it's annoying that players in good form will miss out because of this.
