"I am not aware that Nigel has any interest in Grey, Ormerod, Adebola or Lisbie. But, remember that Huckerby, Crouch and Harper were all under-performing for their respective Premier League sides two years ago - each of them came in and helped propel the Club towards promotion."

And "young, hungry, players with potential are expensive."

I love that last line. "Players with potential are expensive". Implying that we're now firmly in the market for players without potential.

Suspect we should bear that in mind when speculating about any possible signings over the next few days.
