I've been done up like a kipper by someone with a vastly superior knowledge of their subject.

I suppose you saw Smith on local TV news and newspapers all the time, and heard all about him from local Leeds fans, etc - I didn't really, so I just had a little bit of info on him.

I've always had a guilty soft spot for Smith, and I've always known it's wrong, so that might fix it - cheers!

And down here the only stories we get are about Darren Currie and Leon Knight - it's not so exciting, really ...
