For example the Swedish world champion runner tested positive last week. A lot of the problem is that it became so endemic in Russia that every time someone is tested the authorities there shoot themselves in the foot by saying 'oh it doesn't really matter I'm sure they can still go to the Olympics ' which really does them no favours at all.

The Russian tennis chief is even saying that Sharapova should be allowed in the Olympics, that shows how ridiculous and excepting they are drugs in Russia
