anyone know their way around htc one m8 phones/macbooks?

i've clunged up my phone with pics so tried to transfer them on to my mbp but f**k me that's a mission as the htc software isnt recognised by the appledicks so there's a dull bit of tedious geekerage required to get round that load of bulls**t and then, when i've finally got my sproutlike brain around that and wired up the phone to the bastard s**thouse mbp and copied all the photos into a new folder which isn't really a folder but rather than create an original term they stuck with folder which is plain f**king lazy of the geeks if you ask me but you probably didn't so skate over that bit if you like, and then, this bit is the main bit i'm losing the will to live with so thanks for sticking with it so far well done; i've gone into the htc "synch manager" software geekery and selected all the pics on my phone and deleted the f**king lot of them, hundreds and hundreds, deleted right off just like that as dear old tommy cooper used to say when he invented the mini and then i checked my computer again to make sure that i hent lost anything any f**k me, there they all are but 90% of them are unreadable files, just a graphic of a photoframe and its reference tag thing underneath. thankfully the delete all my f**king photos from my phone sorcery failed as well so there must be some sort of sprout brain protection device inbuilt in there, but how in the name of Count Ferdinand von Zeppelinhelmet do i achieve this without enduring any more tedious tech bullschitt? Or do i just buy a new phone and be done with it? Why do they make things so complicated all i want to do is transfer some f**king photgraphs off of my phone and delete the f**kers. They can send a man to the moon at the drop of a hat ffs but sort some poxy photos out and it's like the 12 labours of f**king hercules.
