Think a lot of managers have a style that works for them at certain times but the top managers have the ability to adapt, evolve and respond when things are not going well. I'm afraid i am yet to see Alex Neil do this. I hope for the sake of our club, which we all ultimately want to do well regardless of our opinions, that he is able to develop hear skills and shows me to be completely wrong. However currently regardless of all the factors/circumstances the results on the pitch ie. 1 point from 27 are not acceptable and is well below even the lowly expectations of a club like ours in the top flight.
