Just a thought but Is it not even more important that we have a manager & coaching staff who knows exactly what the league is all and has the experience of being in it before given our lack of rich owners?
By having a young manager who's supposedly learning on the job is it not simply compounding the situation even more?
We are hamstrung by our lack of financial clout compared with others and are we not simply widening the gap between us and the others by having a rookie manager and coaching staff? We have the youngest manager in the league who never played at this level and has the sum total of 4 months managerial experience in the English football in the championship.
