Agree. But it demonstrated his potential, as did what he achieved with us last season

Hit the ground running immediately. This season it's proving harder and we have been unlucky at times. That doesn't make him a bad manager over night. A blip in his development curve, sure. But I'm speculating he will be one for future and we may well regret losing him prematurely if we throw the baby out with the bath water in all honesty
