but those same people unable to do the same with a young manager (youngest in the whole league!)? Isn't that just how we have to do our business given our size etc. If Lambert had stayed and not falling out with the board etc, perhaps he could've gone on to be that manager that helped to establish us in this league like WBA. But he f**ked off.
Unless Neil loses the players, I really don't think anyone should be considering sacking him tbh. He's a keeper for the future imo. He will get better. He's still young, very young (as far as managers go)!!
