I suspect the very large majority of football fans (without NCFC affiliation)

would say he/we are doing as well as we can/would be expected with the resources we have. Some might even say the fact we're not rock bottom & still with a chance of survival suggests we're doing BETTER than expected.

We're always going to be the little guys in the Prem, along with one or 2 others. I'm happy to give this guy a chance to really build something over a decent timescale to get some real foundations and put in place something to enable us to have a prolonged stint in the Prem rather than taking a punt every season or other on some new guy who we think is going to be the messiah we need
