we need to win one more than both Newcastle and Sunderland do

Four MIGHT be enough (Sunderland's fixtures look s**t - their remaining five home games are Everton, WBA, Leicester, Arsenal & Chelsea) but Newcastle still have Bournemouth, Sunderland, Swansea, Palace and Spurs at home and I reckon they'll probably scrape wins in three of those.

We have to beat Newcastle and Sunderland at home of course or we're buggered.
