Neil's blunders...

Has he made many massive/huge blunders. He's tried to do the best he can / we always have the benefit of hindsight.
I think my main criticism of him would be his loyalty to Martin and jerome underachieving but is being loyal such a bad thing.

Most of the time players have been culpable for our downfall
