Wolves didn't remotely want to sell in the summer

this is their last season with parachute payments, and given they only just missed out on the playoffs last year they thought this was possibly their last good chance at getting back up. It was only when their season went pear-shaped that they gave up on promotion and decided to cash in on Afobe.
