The top clubs are all underachieving to some degree this season

It's incredible how weak the title race is. Doubt we will ever see anything like this again in terms of poor quality.

Not to excuse Pellegrini, Man City have been really poor even when considering how the likes of Yaya and Zabaletta have declined drastically and lost pace, while Kompany has missed lots of games.
