Is AN the right man? No doubt I'll get hammered for this

But my gripes are -
-doesn't know best xi
-swayed by results in terms of how he picks his teams
-struggled to attract players
-very little experience
-keeps picking Martin

Can't help thinking maybe he's the issue and not our players inabilities?
