So where's Neil's upgrade/replacement hiding then? Moyes, Rodgers, ANother?

Doubt the first two would jump at the chance tbh, as for the latter, Neil was one of them not long ago, where's the guarantee we'll find a better version somewhere else who can not only keep us in this league but also get us promoted if they fail to do so. I'm sticking with SAN all the way, but that does not mean he's immune to being questioned and monitored. Anyway developing as he still is is bound to be on a steep learning curve. He seems like a very good long term option to me.
