Found out on Saturday from my dad that my mum used to teach Jamie Vardy while he was at primary school in Sheffield. Apparently he was "a little pain" and was considered too small to be a success by Sheffield Wednesday scouts (he went to Malin Bridge, just up the hill from Hillsborough)
