Yeah, I think GON and Tettey have to start together

if Redmond plays though, that means its a maximum of two out of Hoolahan, Naismith and Howson - even if Brady plays at left back.

I think we should definitely go with our more mobile forwards. Can't see it being a game to suit Mbokani. Bamford could be interesting though.
