"Because nearly 50% of Conservative MPs want out and So the MPs sent on question time should reflect that. Otherwise for 4 months you are basically just going to get pro EU propaganda from pretty much all the MPs on that programme with just the odd UKIP representative or non political panel member banging the drum for the other side."
I'd take issue with the "the MPs sent on should reflect that" - No - QT should invite a representative sample of panel guests.
It's not up to the Government to do QT's job for them. You can't have a clear Governemnt policy and expect the Government to undermine it by sending on those with contrary views. If QT wants a panel that has a balance of in/out guests, QT can invite members of the Out campaign itself (and it can invite the Out ministers on in their personal, non Government, capacity). But if you want a spokesperson there on behalf of a given political party, you're going to get someone who espouses the official party line.
