he defended the pricing by giving a figure of ?24.91 as the average price paid taking into account concessions and ST holders, but of course if you're an adult who can't commit to the whole season (or get on the waiting list) and just want to go to a few games you're looking at ?45/50 a pop, ?24.91 doesn't come into it for you.

the suggestion that an 18-21 category will be introduced is at least a step in the right direction, although it's already ?30 for an u17 for e.g. Chelsea midweek!
