Bonds replaced an entire solid wood floor of ours for free

They delivered us a settee and during an earlier delivery the chumps had smashed a glass oven door so bits were in the sofa wrapping and they scratched the floor when I dragged it across. Customer services people come out from Bonds, took photos of the crime scene and replaced the whole farking thing with solid oak flooring which was jolly nice of them because the original was veneer. BaBOOM!
