If 52 WOTBers gave me 15K each then I might be able to get a very, very cool, very posh 20 room house with a swimming pool and 20 hectares of land including 10 hectares of woodland in France... in return you would get a week each there per year in half of the house.
Dr Dubs could live in one of the buildings that come with it... in return for cutting the lawns... VERY big job...
