Building update

Job done and looks good, they've been very thorough and they seemed very honest (we've checked over the rest of your roof, no problems - quite sure some would have chipped a tile or two on their way over as I was out at the time and said they'd found more needed doing). Paid what they quoted, ?450, VAT included though this wasn't specified up front (like a numpty, I forgot to ask). Proof that good, honest builders do sometimes knock on your door. I was shocked how easily the old stuff came off, didn't need a hammer to clear it, it just fell away.
