Oh Wrath Of All Knowledge Pt 2

Can anyone think of a 4 letter word that fits A_C_? I've thought of 'ache' and 'achy'. Any other thoughts?

Alternatively, has anyone got a copy of today's Times? If so, could they please check the answers to Codeword no 2635. Is the answer to 5 down ache?

I picked up a free copy of The Times yesterday. I'm having a go at the Codeword. So far I've managed to put the two given clues (A and H) into the grid.
