I agree with your viewpoint. They are not a bad board and are well meaning but our current

ownership situation/model makes it increasingly difficult for us to compete at premier league level.

West Ham have just given Payet a ?125,000 per week contract. The likes of Stoke, Southampton and Palace are supposedly paying some players circa ?80,000 a week as are Leicester.

These are clubs in a similar bracket to us but we will not be able to compete with them without further investment to which i do not believe the board are genuinely open.

Ironically, the fact we have no debt and are well run probably makes us less attractive to a new buyer as they can't get us on the cheap!
