it's slightly more complicated if you didn't already know, which I suspect you do.

Just taps into your circadian sleep ryhthms via a wearable or simply by the sensors on your phone (if it has them) and wakes you up not at the specific time you enter, but at the time closest to that during the optimal period of your sleep cycle.

Or perhaps at the worst possible moment, like today, ths ensuring I feel s**t all day. I should point out that I'm a terrible insomniac so getting enough sleep is always a struggle
