We can stay up. We will stay up if and only if the defence is sorted.

I'm not convinced Cafu-Klose-Bass-Brady is our best back four (I'm a Benno fan, and would play Olsson LB and Brady further up, possibly with Jarvo on the other side too; if Pinto can learn to defend he's an upgrade on Cafu but if he can't do so fast enough, bench is the right place for him, or even start him on the right wing).

Whatever the rights and wrongs, we need to know our default defence for the rest of the season and focus on drilling them and drilling them and drilling them in this two weeks.

We've got the bonus of Tettey coming back in which will help significantly at the back, but he's not superman and can't single-handedly cover for everything that happens behind him.

This is doable and we can stay up. Whether we will or not, well I have my doubts at the minute, but I'm not completely without hope.
