Tactics and Alex Neil

Thought our setup today was much better and think it was mainly down to mental frailty that we capitulation after going 2 up. However it did worry me listening to Neil's post match interview. Seems unbelievable that it's taken him 3/4 of the season to work out what style of football suits us best! Very worrying indeed.
