Subs

Not a lot of web articles are subbed before they're published, sadly. A colleague of mine (I work in magazines) likened it to letting your baby crawl around without a nappy on, s**tting anywhere and everywhere, and whenever you found a pile of poo you'd clear it up retrospectively.

Nice analogy for 'self-publishing online' I think.
