I'm pretty sure that sports channel subscribers in Tianjin or Abuja couldn't give two monkeys about whether or not Norwich City will swap places with Burnley.

But give them the option only having to watch games between expensively assembled squads for 'big clubs' owned by billionaires, and I think they'd take that.

As soona s the PL thinks it can get away with the idea without taking too much of an economic hit/being cut off by the FA/UEFA, it will happen. And I'm convinced the governing bodies will put principles before profit.
