and I've made the point a few times.

We don't have a team that can out-compete every team in every position and formation, so while we have to acknowledge that sometimes we need to set up slightly differently, it should all be about our strengths, not the oppo's weaknesses. Because that weakness may still be unconquerable.

One of the comments that was fairly universal from the players after his arrival was that he was very clear about what they had to do. Now there must be a bit of 'last week I had to do this, and this week I have to do that' which given the attention span and IQ of a footballer is akin to some sort of a single cell organism, is probably just a bit too much. Then they don't play well, so get swapped out.
