Anyone know how they do that blue line and logo thing on the pitch

Not the team logos in the end zones but the arrow with the play number on

It's always baffled me how the technicolor you works. Looks like it's almost part of the pitch, but obviously it's not as it keeps moving.

Plus whatever camera angle they use its still there. Baffling
