IF the board are thinking of a change, West Ham is potentially a must win for AN

After next weekend there's 12 games left and a two week break before Leicester away, which on yesterday's evidence we'll get a hammering.

After sleeping on it, I still think that if the board are minded to make a change, they have to do it if we lose again next Sat, or leave well alone at least until the end of the season.

We certainly don't want a repeat of the Hoots / Neyul change with 5 games left which was a virtually impossible task, so let's hope they learned that lesson.

I'm not saying I want a change, I'm saying that the board have to make a decision to stick or twist and live with it. I like AN, I admire his honesty and he says the right thing, but just lately some of his tactics and formations have been a bit baffling. He keeps saying that the players aren't following the plan, so has he lost the ability to motivate them to do so? This season marks a huge opportunity for us to stabilise ourselves in this league with all the TV money coming, and it'll be a major failure if we are unable to take it.

If they do decide to twist, who else is out there - Moyes and Rogers are probably the obvious two, but would either of them want to come to Norwich, who knows? If there is to be a change, they need to have their man lined up first.

I'm seriously glad I don't have to make the call, because it's a seriously difficult one, we can only hope that for the good of our club, money get it right
